The world's fresh water supplies are dwindling rapidly. Even wastewater is now considered an asset. Author contributions include experts from both developed and developing countries, including those with severe contamination, e.g., China, India and Pakistan. Some approaches to remediation to be explored include high surface area nanoscale media for adsorption of toxic species, UV treatment of pathogens and regeneration of saturated media, etc.
作者簡介
David E. Reisner is the President of the Nano Group, located in manchester, CT. He is an active environmentalist and entreprenueur in nanotechnology related topics. Tony F. Diego is a Senior Scientist at the Physical Oceanography Directorate, Basque Government, Spain.
