作者簡介

La'Wana Harris is a global leadership development professional with a large multinational pharmaceutical organization. She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach who has created diversity and inclusion awareness programs, cultural competence programs, and overall integrated management solutions, in addition to being a diversity ambassador at Johnson & Johnson. She has conducted trainings around the world, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and South Africa.
