Mark Coleman has taught mindfulness and meditation workshops and retreats on six continents for the past fifteen years. Holding an MA in clinical psychology, he teaches daylong workshops, extended meditation retreats, wilderness retreats, online courses, and teacher trainings. He is the founder of the Mindfulness Institute. He lives in Sausalito, California.
