作者簡介

石建勳,經濟學博士,同濟大學經濟與管理學院經濟學教授、博導,同濟大學財經研究所所長,同濟大學國家創新發展研究院副院長、首席專家。國家社科基金決策諮詢項目首席專家、上海市習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想研究中心副主任、上海市金融學會副會長、上海市中國特色社會主義理論研究會常務理事、上海高校智庫內涵建設項目首席專家。《人民日報》(海外版)特約評論員,東南大學管理學院兼職教授,成都市“新型智庫”特聘專家,《大公報》“財經石評”作者。近年來,發表經濟與管理論文300餘篇,研究撰寫決策諮詢報告40餘篇,出版《新常態?新金融?新未來》《新時代中國特色社會主義政治經濟學》《企業並購與資產重組》等專著和教材20部。主要研究與教學領域為應用經濟學、金融學等。
