財務管理

本書為著名的基礎財務管理教科書，對財務管理的基本知識予以簡潔扼要之介紹，讀者可由其中學到最新的理論與實務作法。鑑於網路資訊的蓬勃發展，本書亦充分提供相關網址，俾使讀者能夠即時獲得第一手資訊。這對於有效學習財務管理是絕對必要的。

本書不納入與財務管理不甚關聯的題材；不強調純理論的討論；且盡量排除以冗長的計算來說明直覺上即可了解的，或實用性不高的論點。主要特點是：
