《中國傳統民居(英文版)》收錄了中國傳統民居的圖片，并用英文對其做了介紹。

王其鈞，1977年畢業于南京藝術學院美術系。1987年考入重慶建築工程學院建築系攻讀建築設計與理論專業研究生，1990年畢業，獲工學碩士學位。后就職于中國建築工業出版社。1993年考入清華大學建築學院攻讀建築歷史與理論專業研究生，1996年畢業，獲工學博士學位。其中國民居建築方面的著作包括《中國傳統民居建築》（1993年度獲臺灣圖書最高獎一金鼎獎）、《中國古建築大系一民居住宅建築》（榮獲1995年度中國圖書最高獎一國家圖書獎）、近年來的新作有《圖說民居》等書。現作為外藉專家受聘于北京，任英國格拉斯哥美術學院和中央美術學院合作辦學項目負責人，并任教于中央美術學院建築學院。
