Travis Bradberry, Ph.D., is president and cofounder of TalentSmart, a think tank and consultancy devoted to the study of personal excellence and organizational performance. TalentSmart provides proprietary IDISC testing services to top companies around the world, including Microsoft, Starbucks, and the Department of Homeland Security. Bradberry's work has been featured in Fortune, The Harvard Business Review, Newsweek, Forbes, and The Washington Post, among other national and local publications. He is the coauthor of The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book.
