性能設計理念發展至今，以美國、歐洲、日本為主的許多國家皆已採用其??與內涵，本計畫係配合交通部指示，擬訂公路橋梁性能規範並研議推動本土化性能規範之項目及方向。本規範特點為明確定義橋梁結構之耐震性能目標、破壞機制、設計方法、評估檢核項目及構材耐震設計細節，使橋梁結構能滿足安全性、使用性與修復性之需要。設計者於第一階段設計中可自行選擇合適的設計方法，惟須經過第二階段耐震性能評估與檢核，確保設計成果滿足規範之規定。現階段政府積極宣導節能減碳政策，橋梁結構於設計規劃階段即引入性能設計法之概念，規設品質將較具經濟性，結構受震反應之評估結果將更加可靠，對於生命週期中耐震補修之成本最佳化將可具體落實，如此可為規範奠定節能減碳之良好基礎。
This study will survey vegetation and environment properties on 5th Freeway slope. Comparing with roadside vegetation status and the as-built drawings of the road, this study will assess the vegetation engineering on road slopes. We will also provide suggestions of environmental protection, planting design and revegetation technology on the follow-up road-building projects to improving the ecological value on freeway environment. In this second annual project, we will focus on combining with landscape analysis and ecological data, including the previous project data, and analysing the variation of ecologicel environment along the road and nearby area, especially the vegetation status on roadside slop and the use of animal on road facilities, to provide management recommendations.
