作者簡介
Glen Jeansonne is a professor of history at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. David Luhrssen is the arts and entertainment editor at Milwaukee's Shepherd Express and has worked as a film critic for more than twenty years. Glen Jeansonne lives in Glendale, Wisconsin; David Luhrssen lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
