Ross Dobson is a prolific cookbook writer with more than a dozen books to his name, includingGrillhouse, Market Vegetarian, and Wholesome Kitchen. He is the chef/owner of two Sydney restaurants—Cafe at Lewers and The Union Tapas Bar. Ross is considered one of the world authorities on barbecue foods.
