Fluffy's Isle of Change: Helps children find their own steering wheel of change

Kai likes dragons and wants to befriend them, but he needs to fly to reach their island. Though Fluffy, a pillow-dog, helps him out at first, Kai will soon have to fly by himself. What does Kai need to do to start flying? 'Fluffy's Isle of Change' is a story based on scientific theory of behaviour change. Dr. Kei Long Cheung achieved a PhD at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and is a lecturer at Brunel University London. He conducts research to promote and improve health and healthy behaviour. To understand the underlying mechanism of behaviour, Dr. Cheung uses an integration of theoretical models called the Integrated-Change Model (I-Change Model). This is where people move from becoming aware to being motivated, then to actually changing their behaviour. Dr Cheung is passionate about teaching young readers that change is not straightforward.
