釋迦果肉分離機

番荔枝(釋迦)及鳳梨釋迦因其果實豐味佳，是臺東縣最重要的經濟果樹，亦釋迦為臺東縣農友重要的收入來源。但由於產期過於集中促使銷售價格驟降，農友利用田間軟熟果及賣相差的果實，將其果肉、果皮與種子分離，並以冷藏或冷凍方式保存分離的果肉或果漿，在加工製成農特產品，如冰沙、冰淇淋、濃縮汁、餅、醋及釀酒等，藉此提高釋迦果實附加價值及銷售市場利潤，減少田間熟軟果實的損失。
