本研究針對國道5號邊坡植生現況與環境特性進行調查，配合完工後之竣工圖，與邊坡植生現況作對照研究，瞭解國道5號道路邊坡植生工法之成效，以回饋後續其他建設計畫執行時之環境保護、植栽設計或植生技術等方面規設之參考及建議，提高國道環境在生態領域之附加價值。本計畫為第二年度計畫，重點在於透過衛星影像和歷年生態資料，同時整合第一年的基礎資料，交叉分析公路沿線和周邊原生生態變異狀況，特別是公路邊坡鄰近地區植被狀況和動物利用設施之情形，以提供未來經營管理建議。
This study will survey vegetation and environment properties on 5th Freeway slope. Comparing with roadside vegetation status and the as-built drawings of the road, this study will assess the vegetation engineering on road slopes. We will also provide suggestions of environmental protection, planting design and revegetation technology on the follow-up road-building projects to improving the ecological value on freeway environment. In this second annual project, we will focus on combining with landscape analysis and ecological data, including the previous project data, and analysing the variation of ecologicel environment along the road and nearby area, especially the vegetation status on roadside slop and the use of animal on road facilities, to provide management recommendations.
