Paul Bocuse has been awarded three Michelin stars continuously since 1965. He is the author of many books, including Bocuse in Your Kitchen (Flammarion, 2008). Yves Pinard is head chef at the Grand Louvre at the Louvre. He is a member of l’Academie Culinaire de France and author of several books on the relationship between art and food.
