作者簡介
John Forester is a professor and the Director of Graduate Studies at Cornell University’s Department of City and Regional Planning.
David Laws (Ph.D. 1998, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Amsterdam .
