作者簡介
Elizabeth Stein is the founder and CEO of Purely Elizabeth, an all natural and organic food company. Stein launched the company in October 2009 with a goal to create the most delicious gluten-free products made with innovative, nutrient-rich ingredients. She is a certified holistic nutritionist with a background in business marketing from Boston University. She resides in Boulder, Colorado.
