作者簡介
Alan Bennett is a renowned playwright, many of whose plays have been staged at the Royal National Theatre. He is also widely admired as essayist, actor, and screenwriter, and his screenplay forThe Madness of King George received an Academy Award nomination. His dozens of books includeSmut, The Uncommon Reader, Untold Stories, A Life Like Other People’s,and The Lady in the Van. Bennett lives in Camden Town in London, UK.
