Professor Dr. Dr. h.c., is Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea; Director (emeritus) of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Public Law; Managing Director of the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law. Maja Ser?ic is Professor of Public International Law and Head of the Chair of Public International Law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law.Trpimir M. ?o?ic, LLM, PhD (2012), University of Zagreb, is Senior Assistant Lecturer at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, Chair of International Law.
