本計畫分二年辦理新店溪中上游河段(碧潭堰至覽勝大橋)堰壩操作機制對於洪水位影響分析研究，今年度為第二年計畫，主要透過新店溪中上游段堰壩之降雨逕流模擬及河道與堰壩閘門之變量流模擬，分析各堰壩包括如直潭壩等堰壩，在不同操作方式下對重要聚落洪水位之影響，完成後可提供堰壩管理單位在兼顧水資源利用以及防洪安全下之操作模式，並在堰壩上游聚落與沿岸研擬在相關治理措施完成前，提供適度可行之防洪保護策略供十河局參考，以兼顧當地景觀環境及河防安全。
In this biennial project, the influence of the operation of the mid-upstream weirs and dams in Xindian River (Qingtan weir to Lansheng Bridge) on flood are analyzed. In the second year, by conducting unsteady flow simulation of dam gates with rainfall runoff models, the influence of the gate operation at dams like Zhitan Dam are investigated, providing operation guidance to balance between the utilization of water resources and the flood safety. Flood management strategies will also be provided for the environment protection and upstream settlement safety issues.
