Sadia Habib holds a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, UK.
Michael R M Ward is Lecturer in Social Sciences at Swansea University, UK.
Garth Stahl is Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of South Australia.
