Dean R. Hess, PhD, RRT is Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, and Assistant Director of Respiratory Care Services at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Robert M. Kacmarak, PhD, RRT is Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, and Director of Respiratory Care Services at Massachusetts General Hospital.
