作者簡介
Anne Phyfe Palmer is an entrepreneur, writer, yogi, electric bike commuter, and mother. She left the swampy heat and Mardi Gras revelry of her hometown of New Orleans and founded 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle in 1996, years before yoga became a household word. With this guided journal, Anne Phyfe takes her passion for self-inquiry from the yoga mat to the written word. She lives in Seattle.
Sarah Trumbauer is a fine art grad from the Corcoran College of Art + Design who lives in Allentown, PA, and spends as much time as possible making art.
Her papercuts are original designs, handcut from acid-free paper using an X-Acto knife. She's inspired by nature (especially flowers and leaves), art nouveau, children's stories and fairy tales, and more.
When not working on papercuts, she is often out taking photographs, especially of flowers.
