《Polymer Chemistry(雙語教學用)》共分8章。首先在緒論中介紹了聚合物的基本概念、聚合物的分類和命名、聚合物的反應類型、聚合物的發展歷程、聚合物的應用等。接下來6章分別就自由基聚合、自由基共聚、離子聚合、逐步聚合、開環聚合、聚合物的化學反應進行詳細介紹。最後1章較系統地介紹聚合實施方法。書中對專業生詞和專業術語做了較詳細的中文注解,另每章後都附有習題,有利於初接觸到高分子化學的學生順利學習。
本書適合作為高等院校教材,適用於工科的高分子材料與工程、材料化學、材料科學與工程、新能源材料與器件、新能源材料與工程、化學工程與工藝和應用化學專業,理科的化學、有機化學、分析化學、高分子化學及物理專業,師範院校的化學專業。也可供大專院校師生以及科研人員和生產技術人員參考。

作者簡介

周明,西南石油大學材料科學與工程學院,教研室主任 博士, 從2002年至今一直從事高分子化學雙語教學,具有豐富的教學經驗,該Polymer Chemistry教材在美國歸國學者代加林教授的指導下,由周明老師和代加林老師主編,高分子教研室多位老師參加編寫,參考了多本國外高分子英文教村,並接合自己及教研室老師的多年科研和高分子化學雙語教學心得精心彙編而成《Polymer Chemistry》。在2015年投稿到教學使用中,一直應用至今,其中經過4次修訂和校核。本人負責高分子化學雙語校極精品課程建設,先後給高分子材料與工程專業主講10余門課程,給碩士研究生主講2門課程,給博士研究生主講1門課程。
周明老師承擔了國家項目5項,省部級項目2項,獲省部級獎2項,發表論文 80餘篇,其中SCI/EI 全英文論文30餘篇。授權發明專利8項,轉讓6項。指導研究生30余人。獲四川省千人計劃資助,四川省學術與技術帶頭人後備人選,西南石油大學人才資助計劃,西南石油大學學術骨幹教師等。雙語教學產生的效果:通過近10年的雙語教學,鍛煉了一批老師,我們這幾位老師先後在《Journal of Applied Polymer science》、《e-Polymer》和《Polymer (Korea)》等發表論文10篇,同時培養了一批研究生和本學生,有6位同學在《e-Polymer》、《高分子材料科學與工程》、《塑料工業》和《油田化學》等中文核心期刊上發表學術論文,大大提高了教師和學生的英語寫作水平和科研成果顯示度。
