仲裁法學（簡體書）

本書以中國現行仲裁法律法規(包括最新的司法解釋)以及有關國際仲裁公約為依據，力圖反映出當今我國商事仲裁立法的基本內容與立法體系，在適當參考與借鑒國內外有關仲裁法學最新研究成果的基礎上，較為全面、系統、準確地闡述了我國仲裁法學的基本原理和基本制度，並力求在內容上融知識性、系統性與實踐性於一體。
本書不僅可以作為高等學校政法院系學生的教科書，還可以作為商事仲裁法律實務部門參考的良師益友。
