Corporate Takeovers Modern Empirical Developments: Bidding Strategies, Financing and Corporate Control

B. Espen Eckbo holds the Tuck Centennial Chair in Finance at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and directs Tuck's Lindenauer Center for Corporate Governance, which he founded in 1999. He is a Research Associate of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), a former Research Fellow of the Center for Research in Public Policy (CEPR), and a frequent keynote and invited seminar speaker.
