Applied Biophysics of Activated Water ─ The Physical Properties, Biological Effects and Medical Applications of MRET Activated Water

Vysotskii (theoretical radiophysics, Kiev National Shevchenko U. Ukraine), Alla A. Kornilova (solid state physics, Moscow State U.) and Igor V. Smirnov, president of a California biotechnology company, present the results of experimental and theoretical studies they conducted from 2004 to 2008 on the characteristics of water activated by external action, in their study water obtained with the help of Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET). They report on mechanical, electrodynamic, optical, and other characteristics of activated water itself and various physical phenomena associated with its application. About half of the volume is devoted to the influence of the water on biological systems ranging from plants to micro-organisms to animals. Activated water is often associated with extrasensory perception, astrology, and similar realms, they say, but they considered it only as a physical object with measurable characteristics.
