This book has two objectives: demonstrate how to create a business and how you can succeed at becoming an entrepreneur.

Dr. Gonzalez Rocha studied for his Doctorate in Organizational and Human Behavior at New Port University. He is a consultant, panelist and an international coach in Integration, Leadership, Creativity, High Output and Talent Development, providing his services to Kautex Textron, Sony, FEMSA, Abbott Laboratories, Disney, Exel, Coca-Cola, Mead Johnson, Heineken, Cemex, Pemex, CFE, Global Bank, HSBC, Tigo, Whirlpool, OXXO and Maseca, among others. He has advised the governments of Mexico, Columbia, Panama, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. He has been a soccer coach for Pachuca, Cruz Azul, Leon, Monterrey, Santos Morelia and Puebla. He was the coach for Miss Mexico in the Miss Universe pageant, and for Keren Shy and Jerry Bazua in ‘The Voice of Mexico’. He is a magician, musician, ventriloquist and cartoonist. He is married and has 4 children.
