One day, sick of her muffin top and average life, Emma embarks on a life-changing journey to become the "healthiest version of herself". From experimenting with kale juicing and oil pulling, to washing her hair with bicarb soda and discovering the joys of coffee enemas, Emma tries to copy the influencer's daily health and fitness regimen. But while Ivy-Rose seems to effortlessly glide through life eating fermented cabbage and doing headstands in her slingshot bikini, Emma's day is a succession of failures and embarrassing moments: her smoothies taste like dirt, coconut oil does not make her hair silky - just oily - and her boyfriend threatens to move back with his parents if he has to eat anymore kale.
