Jim Hayhurst, SR. is Founder of The Right Mountain Inc. He is a career counselor, executive coach and truly inspiring speaker. Jim is a businessman by training, and adventurer by accident and a counselor by nature. After building on of Canada's largest and most respected advertising agencies, he sold it and went in search of a new career. His experiences along the way, including an expedition to Mount Everest, crystallized the philosophy and process that form the basis of this book. Since then, Jim and his team at The Right Mountain have helped thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations around the world discover who they are, what they want and how to get it.
