From that perspective, he offers the ultimate guide to building a strong, collaborative culture that will be the lifeblood of your business---now and in the years to come.

Drawing on 30 years of experience as an organization effectiveness and process expert at Xerox---where he helped create and implement the revolutionary Leadership Through Quality initiatives that earned Xerox the Malcolm Baldrige Award---and more recently as a consultant to a select group of Fortune 500 clients, Kayser delivers proven tools, techniques, case studies, and process enhancements that managers, executives, trainers, and other team leaders can use to get the best from everyone, at all levels of an organization, including
