Specifically, it describes the Role Model, which identifies four distinct roles (Manager, Mentor, Instructor and Coach), then focuses on the coach role by illustrating the Coaching Prism, which is inclusive of the InDiCom (Involve, Discover and Commit) Coaching Model and the CLEAR Coaching Skills: Challenge, Listen, Encourage, Ask and Refine. Ideally, copies of the guide are distributed to others and are used as a starting point to explain Coaching for Commitment and for creating a common coaching language.

She is a Corporate Coach University (CCUI) graduate and obtained her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).?Amy holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has specialized in creating and validating psychological assessments.
