Jak Cato is a Xeno-cop. He's returning a fugitive Sagathi when things go horribly wrong. Cato - who avoids being slaughtered with the rest of his men because he was drunk - has to figure out who betrayed them, recapture the Sagathi, and exact revenge.
Which means that he must, for the first time in a long time, act like the hero he was created to be. It's going to be a tough job, but Cato is duty-bound to bring the alien in, whatever the cost.
