With one hundred days of plans, Daily Preschool Experiences has learning center activities for learners at every developmental level. Organized by topic, each of the twenty units has a five-day plan, taking teachers through an entire week of activities.
Each plan includes:
- A morning circle activity
- Related children’s book
- Vocabulary words
- Extension activities
- Activities for four different learning centers (Art, Math, Science, Language/Dramatic Play)
The learning center activities have three levels of learning for beginning, developing, and experienced learners. Because children advance at different rates, teachers can select the activities that fit the developmental levels of the individual children in the class. With the learning-center approach to teaching in Daily Preschool Experiences, children are involved in active exploration and sensory stimulation in a fun-filled learning environment.
