作者簡介
Dr. R. James Steffen, President and Founder of Steffen, Steffen & Associates, Inc. (SSA International) is an internationally known author, speaker and consultant/trainer. He is recognized as an expert in Aligned Thinking/Time Mastery, leadership, productivity and Successful Partnering, which focuses on creating very satisfied/loyal customers. Because of his record of accomplishment, he has had opportunities to work with more than 140 Fortune 500 companies across a broad array of industries. Dr. Steffen holds four degrees: Philosophy, Theology, and Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts, where he directed the Leadership Lab. The Aligned Thinking Process began as a very successful module in the Maximizing Managerial Effectiveness Program at Bell Labs. It was so successful the managers asked Dr. Steffen to develop a one-day seminar to teach their non-managers. This became Bell Labs' most popular program. Eventually, 13,000 employees—more than 70 percent of their work force—participated. Dr. Steffen lives in Brookfield, CT.
