醫學機能學實驗（簡體書）

《醫學機能學實驗》包含生理學、病理學和藥理學三門課程的實驗。《醫學機能學實驗》包括2個模塊，第1模塊為緒論，介紹實驗要求、常用器械的使用方法以及如何寫實驗報告。第2模塊為各學科的經典實驗，訓練和加強學生進行動物實驗的實際操作能力。《醫學機能學實驗》主要適用于醫學本科生雙語教學和留學生教學。．

Purpose
To observe the effect of nerves and adrenoceptor drugs on blood pres-sure of rabbits, to analyze interaction of drugs involved, and to master themethods of recording acute blood pressure.
Principle
The heart can be controlled by two kinds of nervous system, which areSympathetic and parasympathetic (vagal)nervous system. The effects ofvagal stimulation are to inhibit the heart rate and cardiac contraction,decrease cardiac output and blood pressure. The vascular smooth musclesare mainly dominated by sympathetic nerves, which release noradrenalinefrom postganglionic fibers terminate. Vascular smooth muscle can be con-tracted if noradrenaline acts on alpha receptor, while opposite phenomenawill happen if noradrenaline binds with beta receptor. But alpha receptordominates to a large extent vascular smooth muscle.
Materials
Animals: rabbits, 2 - 3 kg, male or female.
Apparatus:BL-420F Biological Data Acquisition and Analysis System,physiological pressure transducer, operation table, surgical instruments( sur-gical scissors, clamp, hemostatic forceps, tissue forceps, tissue scissors in-cluded), syringes(I, 5,20 ml), three-way valve, hanging bottles, stimulatingelectrode,arterial cannula.
Reagents: 20% urethane (prepared with normal saline), 0. 5% heparin(prepared with normal saline), normal saline, 0. 002% adrenaline,0. 001%noradrenaline, 0. 001% isoprenaline, 0. 5 % phentolamine, 0. 1 % propranol-ol,0. 5 % heparin.
Procedures
1. Connection of instruments clear up bubbles from the transducer and the cannula.
2. Anaesthesia and animal preparation
The rabbit is weighed and administered 20% urethane 5 ml/kg via earvein for anesthesia, and then fixed on the operation table in the supineposition.
3. Operation procedure
(1) Separate the vagal nerve and carotid artery
The hair of anterior district is cut,and a 3 cm longitudinal skin incisionis made at the site below the thyroid cartilage. And then the vagal nerve andcarotid artery would be separated.
