作者簡介
Claudia Bucciferro has a Ph.D. in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.A. in linguistics, as well as degrees in communication and journalism from the University of Concepcion, Chile. She is a visiting assistant professor at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
