作者簡介
Lars Hornuf holds an M.A. in Political Economy (University of Essex, UK) and a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Munich, Germany). From 2006 to 2008 he joined the Ifo Institute for Economic Research and from 2008 to 2014 the Faculty of Law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. In 2014, he became a professor of Law & Economics at the University of Trier. He was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, Stanford Law School and Duke University. Lars is a certified business mediator and spot market exchange trader. His research interests include law and economics, crowdfunding and crowdinvesting as well as behavioural economics and empirical legal studies.
