通信運營與管理專業英語教程（簡體書）

不同于傳統的通信運營專業英語教材，針對職業特點，顧琪璋編著的《通信運營與管理專業英語教程》降低了理論難度，強調了其實用性，緊扣“即學即用”的特點，重點突出口語的重要性。教材首先安排了3個預備單元，收錄了通信運營專業常用的詞匯、表達和簡短的職業會話。正文的12個單元中，前10個單元按照通信行業的業務分類講述，每單元第一部分為理論部分，第二部分採用對話或問答形式；後兩個單元為練習或實訓單元，選擇寬帶和移動語音業務進行強化訓練。每單元的第三部分為單元知識相關或職業相關的知識，供讀者參考。每單元的第一和第二部分都提供了參考的生詞表，方便讀者學習。每個單元之後安排的練習作為學生的口語會話練習材料，使用時建議採用如下方法：首先閱讀、學習材料，理解材料含義；然後參照每單元Part2的方法利用所給材料進行會話練習，兩人或多人組成小組，提出問題並從中找出答案。這類練習可以訓練學生在實際工作中通過閱讀業務材料，與客戶溝通時，能對其做詳盡介紹和說明，從而提高業務水平。《通信運營與管理專業英語教程》的最後一單元還給出了10篇閱讀材料。這些材料主要包含以下三部分內容：（1）中國通信行業和通信公司簡介；（2）正文中未涉及的尚未或較少在我國通信行業出現的業務介紹；（3）與外國客戶交流中的技巧和知識。《通信運營與管理專業英語教程》適用於通信運營專業學生、電信營業員、電信業務營銷員、用戶通信終端銷售和移動營業員使用，也可供對通信行業感興趣的讀者閱讀。希望本書的問世有助於提高廣大讀者的業務水平，拓展個人職業素質，也希望對我國通信行業的發展有所幫助。．
