Jeffrey A. Larsen is a Senior Scientist with a major US defense contractor and is President of Larsen Consulting Group LLC in Colorado Springs, CO, USA. He holds numerous appointments throughout academia and the defense industry. Dr. Larsen is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Defense Language Institute and holds a PhD in Politics from Princeton University. He has authored many volumes and articles, most recently Arms Control and Cooperative Security.
