作者簡介
Marilyn Y. Byrd is an assistant professor of management and marketing at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, USA. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, managerial communications, and business ethics. She is also on the steering committee for the Culture and Diversity Special Interest Group at the Academy of Human Resource Development.
Chaunda L. Scott is an associate professor and the Human Resource Development department chair at Oakland University, USA. She teaches a number of HRD classes at undergraduate and masters levels. She received a Cutting Edge Research Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development in 2009.
