作者簡介
Harvey M. Sapolsky is Professor of Public Policy and Organization, Emeritus, at MIT, Cambridge Massachusetts, and the former Director of the MIT Security Studies Program. He continues to write on defense topics and consults for defense firms and the US armed forces.
Eugene Gholz is Associate Professor at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. He served for two academic years (2010-12) as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy.
Caitlin Talmadge is Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the George Washington University in Washington DC. She holds a Ph.D. in political Science from MIT.
