作者簡介
Dr. Lee Kannis-Dymand is a clinical psychologist who has worked in The Priory and the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma at the Maudsley Hospital. He is Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia, and he has also completed a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Therapy at the University of Oxford.
Janet Carter is Associate Professor in Clinical Psychotherapy at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. Her research interests include mood, mechanisms of therapeutic change and parenting.
