Thomas G. Bandy is an internationally recognized consultant, conference speaker, and leadership coach for Christian organizations and faith-based non-profits. He is the president of Thriving Church Consulting, LLC, spent many years as a pastor, and provided national leadership for the United Church of Canada. Tom is widely respected for his ability to understand diverse cultures, traditions, and denominational polities. He is the author of numerous books, including Kicking Habits: Welcome Relief for Addicted Churches and Worship Ways: For the People Within Your Reach.

He currently serves as planter and senior pastor of Canal Street Church: A Mosaic Community in New Orleans and as assistant professor of theology and culture at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
