Social Determinants of Health ─ An Interdisciplinary Approach to Social Inequality and Wellbeing

Policy makers and medical professionals are becoming increasingly aware that health is determined by a number of factors, many of them social. This book takes an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the social determinants of health, analyzing the spectrum of socioeconomic and cultural factors that play a role in health outcomes.
