To promote the exchange and cooperation in railway technology between China and the rest of the world， Planning and Standard Research Institute of National Railway Administration， entrusted by National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China， organized the translation and preparation of Chinese railway technology and product standards.
This standard is the official English version of Spherical Bearings for Railway Bridges （TB/T 3320-2013）. The original Chinese version of this standard was issued by the former Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China and came into effect on May 20， 2013. In case of discrepancies between the two versions 9 the Chinese version shall prevail. National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China owns the copyright of this English version.
