It is important to highlight aspects of suicidal ideation, contemplation, self-harm and depression. This memoir is aimed at raising awareness about it and in accordance with my understanding how helpful it may be for anyone who may relate to it, to overcome it as I did.
I also think that by talking about such topics as depression, silence, suicidal thoughts social contributions can help prevent it, as it has been in recent years.
The concept of the overall message is in how one can overcome these concerning thoughts in preventing it from happening and promoting individual wellness. This insight isn't an academic subject study but one by own experience.
In this memoir I disclose my dislikes to make a point of view or conclude my argument. All content is based on my personal experiences and of others who have been in my life path. It is not the progression of a professional portfolio but rather an independent outlook based on real life events which may help others alike.
