This is a collection of photographs and sayings from my life. I encourage you to still the chaos that swirls around. Be still and silent and breathe. Connect with your own intuition. Perhaps my truths resonate with you, perhaps not. Use what works for you and leave what doesn't. In essence, become your own guru.
