Dry Eye: the Hidden Health Hazard: For Computer Users Concerned About Eye Health

Do you use your computer for hours at a time? Do you own a smartphone, tablet, or Ebook reader? Do you have a long drive to work? If your answer is 'yes' to any of the above, the chance is high that you may unknowingly suffer from dry eye. Gazing at a screen, reading, and driving are activities that many of us do in our daily lives, and these same activities contribute to dry eye. As a dry eye sufferer myself, it has become my passion to educate and inform the public about this often misunderstood disease. Dry eye cases have increased to epidemic proportions in recent years. Yet there is good news as well: the latest research holds the key to preventing and curing dry eye for good, and transcends conventional methods. I believe dry eye is a lifestyle disorder.
