He was born in Mexico and lives in New Zealand, the most remote country in the world. Bruno is a great pessimist. While his life passes between doubts and premonitions, he writes all his thoughts in his diary, to try to understand himself. Until he meets Maya, a nice Chilean girl of the same age and begins to think about her day and night, but does not dare to tell him what he feels. Everything changes drastically when Bruno suffers a health problem and he gets "a little ball" on his wrist, which seems to be a tumor. Bruno's diary shares that immense knot of emotions of love and uncertainty that come with puberty, in a moving novel about the complexities of the youthful soul.
