Specifically, it proposes, first, that the foundation is timing; second, that everything flows from that; and third, that the house atop the foundation is built, story by story (2.0 to 3.0 to 4.0 and so on), by getting more skilled at balancing polarities, in other words, by getting better at playing from the sweet spots inside ourselves.
